Shipping policy

Processing time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before they ship.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard shipping: free on every order, no minimum. Most US orders arrive in about 5–10 days after processing.

We currently offer standard shipping, and every order ships with tracking.

International shipping

We currently ship across all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon — email hello@joobello.com to be notified when we ship to your country.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email hello@joobello.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
