Shipping & orders
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, most US deliveries arrive in about 5–10 days. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship across all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon; email hello@joobello.com to be notified for your country.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet — yes. Email hello@joobello.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order enters fulfillment we usually can't change or cancel it.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days, and we keep it simple. Damaged or wrong? Free replacement or refund, no need to return it. Changed your mind? Full store credit. See the full Returns & Refunds page for details.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We don't charge restocking fees.
Products
Are the products safe for pets?
Yes. Every product comes from vetted suppliers and meets standard pet-safety requirements. If you have a concern about a specific product, email us and we'll look into it with the supplier.
How do you pick what to sell?
Every product has to clear a few checks: does it solve a real problem, does it actually work (we dig through the real reviews, not the marketing), and is the price fair. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't make the catalog. See About Us for the full philosophy.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and encrypted. We never see or store your card details.
