Where is my order?

You should have a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering. If tracking hasn't moved in 3+ days, email us so we can chase the carrier.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive in 3 days. Orders before 2pm ET ship same day.

How do I return something?

Email us and we'll send a return label — we cover shipping. 30 days from delivery, no restocking fees.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email or chat us right away.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently US-only. Canada is on the roadmap for this year.
